In late 2005, the Australian Human Resources Institute commissioned a report into Coaching.  They canvassed the views of HR practitioners who had been responsible for more than 1,000 individual executive coaching programs, worth $15.4m over 2 years.

The Career Consultancy offers you a dedicated and experienced Account Director, Catherine Cunningham, who will advise you on all strategic issues related to your Adelaide Executive coaching assignment.

Catherine collaborates closely with HR executives to define requirements and success factors. She selects the consultant who best complements the personality, developmental needs, corporate culture and industry of the executive being coached.

Catherine acts as Project Manager for all assignments to ensure that the process is moving forward appropriately and that all deadlines and expectations are being met.

Most executive coaches work as sole practitioners. At The Career Consultancy, we add value for our organisational clients by operating as a professional coaching practice. This allows us to make the best coach-client matches and to provide diverse teams of coaches who work with a consistent philosophy and methodology.

Our Consultants are senior practitioners who have strong backgrounds in business leadership positions.  They provide skilled support for organisation and leadership development initiatives. They are familiar with the Grow Methodology,
used by experienced practitioners throughout the world:

Our Programs

We offer 3 different programs, to suit various budgets and needs, with a discount on the longer Coaching Programs:

Growth Program: 4 x 1.5 hour coaching sessions (6 hours)
Extension Program: 6 x 1.5 hour coaching sessions (9 hours)
Intensive Program: 8 x 1.5 hour coaching sessions (12 hours)

As part of all assignments, we offer initial and ongoing phone contact between Manager of coachee and Coach at no charge, with progress reports as agreed with the coachee.

Each coaching program is supported by a Completion of on-line MBTI Step II Interpretative Report.
(MBTI is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences. Because it explains basic patterns in human functioning, the MBTI has many uses eg self-understanding and development, team building, management and leadership training.)

The Individual reviews results with the MBTI specialist consultant where the discussion centres on the effect of identified preferences on workplace behaviours.
